Earnest, beside every screen.

Earnest sits in a column on the right of every screen: the conversation above, one suggestion each to do, decide and know for wherever you are standing, and the box you type into at its foot. A chip in that box names what Earnest can see, so asking from an invoice is asking about that invoice; remove the chip and it answers about the page instead. Every reply opens with a receipts line of what it actually read, and anything it proposes arrives as a card with Approve on it — sending email, billing and booking always wait for your tap. On a phone, or if you would rather, the same Earnest is one bar at the foot of the page, and the column folds away to a slim tab when you want the room.
