Earnest Score.
An optional score that stays off until your organization turns it on in its settings. Switched on, each person gets a daily score built from six dimensions — follow-through, consistency, responsiveness, proactivity, depth and CRM activity — with Earnest Points, levels, streaks, badges and daily and weekly quests on top. It shows as one tile on Home, a line in your avatar menu, and a full page in Account with your trend and where you stand in the team. It stays out of your conversations with Earnest.
